We jettisoned the Inverness idea cause it looked crappy out there and did Northside instead. Up, up, uppity up. The weather kept improving and it was just lovely. up up up. Damn that's a climb. Got to Inspiration Point and got inspired by yummy snacks and libations of many assorted flavors and sizes. Best was watching the evolution of Alan. Much like a monkey's face as it must have looked lo those many thousands of years ago when it first learned to use a stick as a tool to ferret out yummy bugs and maggots from a tree or a spongy dead thing, he held aloft One Red Vine, and with glowing pride, hurridly bit either end off and plunged it into the candy juice shot cup, applied the other end to his waiting, trembling lips--would it work? N-Side was a hoot, E#1 was ruling the trail. Of course, I guess the rest of you must have been as well seeing as how we never saw you. We blew out on fire road cause we were worried about dinner.
