1. Load DXFs + optional CSV
Drop files here
Select DXFs by themselves, or include an optional quantity/unit CSV.
No files loaded.
CSV is optional. With DXFs only, each part starts at Qty 1 and can be edited in the table.
2. Nest settings
Common-line mode applies only to simple four-edge rectangular parts with no holes. Eligible rectangles may share an edge, and coincident straight cut lines are exported once. Kerf allowance adds one kerf width between normal neighboring parts and half a kerf at the stock edge; intentional common-line edges remain shared. Mirroring is never used.
Status
Ready. Load one or more DXF files. CSV is optional.
Result
Run a nest to see the sheet layout and exports.

Collision/clearance verification uses sampled contours (arcs/circles are tessellated at approximately 0.0157 in / 0.4 mm chord length). All geometry is normalized internally to inches. Exported LINE/ARC/CIRCLE entities remain exact in AutoCAD R12 ASCII DXF with inch-valued coordinates. In common-line mode, eligible rectangular shared LINE geometry is deduplicated so the coincident edge is emitted once. Kerf here is a nesting allowance, not a full CAM toolpath offset; verify common-line/kerf behavior in your machine CAM before production.
